Write a response to a favorite poem written by someone other than yourself. For example, you can riff on it, argue with it, use one of the lines as the first line of your own poem. You can even do a Mad Lib (create a list of unrelated nouns and replace the nouns in the poem with the nouns from your list). Or anything else you can think of.
