Tyrone Acosta

Mixing love and pain into acoustic song Tyrone Acosta has been writing music since the late 90’s when he bought his first $90 guitar. He taught himself how to play by buying guitar magazines and immediately began creating original melodies by mixing chords he learned from the tablature section. This 22 year old artist has recently begun to release his music and has played in places such as the Blue Ox Bar in the Bronx and Terraza Café in Queens. Born in Ecuador and brought to the states at the age of eight Tyrone’s musical journey began late in his life but he has accomplished a lot in this short period of time with two albums recorded in the comfort of his home. Taking precedence from these two albums is his latest release “Life Story” (available for free upon request) which embodies most of the material in his appearances. With five new songs already produced, Tyrone is looking to produce his third album which will be available for people in the middle of next year.

Make me Believe

When I wake up knowing you are there
I feel nothing can stop this feeling in the air
Something about your smile
Something about you love
The way I feel when you are around
I pick a star and bring it down
For you to hold in your arms
Don’t let go

Look at the sky above
I want to let you know, that you
Make me believe
That I can be a better me

When I wake up knowing you’re not there
I feel the room gets cold and nothing fills the air
Something about your smile
Something about your love
Gave me the will to let it out
I take my heart and put it down
For you to hold in your arms
Don’t let go
